Finding Your Perfect Frame Size is Easy

Torga has an easy way for you to select a perfectly fitting frame online.

Follow these easy steps below. All you will need is either a pair of spectacles that fit you well, or a ruler.

Option 1: Using an existing pair of glasses

A pair of spectacles that fits you well is a good starting point.
Your glasses likely have sizing information printed on the inside of the temple arm
For example 42-20-145 or 42 🔲 20 - 145.
The first number is eye width (usually between 38 and 54)
The second number is nose bridge width (usually between 18 and 22)
The last number is temple arm length (usually between 130 and 140)

This is how the measurements relate to the size of your glasses:

Usually the most important measurement for your frame sizing is the first number (eye width). Use this number when searching for frames.

Option 2: Measure Yourself using a Ruler

You can measure your face using these three simple steps and a ruler, to get an idea if small, medium or large frames will be suitable for you.

Hold your ruler horizontally across your face, just below your eyes.
Measure the distance between your temples in centimetres.
Check the sizing guide to determine if you need a small, medium or large frame width.

Understanding your Nose bridge size

Nose bridge is the upper part of the nose, that can be found between the eyes.
Many Torga frames are available in small, medium or wide nose bridge sizes.
Women with a petite face size are more comfortable fit with a narrow nose bridge frame
Asian and African women are more comfortable fit with a wider nose bridge frame.
Bigger men tend to have a more comfortable fit with a large nose bridge frame.
