Reading Your Contact Lens Prescription

Your Guide to reading your Contact Lens Prescription

 

You can find your contact lens prescription on the side of the contact lens box. Alternatively, you can contact your Torga optometrist - he or she will have your prescription on record.

When you have a contact lens fitting or check up at your local optician, they will provide you with a copy of your prescription.
